Everything is Spring, on this 14 gauge helix barbell. It is made with a 1 1/2 inch 316L surgical grade stainless steel project bar with 5mm ball ends. It features a loop in the center of the barbell that supports a dangling heart charm. The center of the heart features a butterfly, with a clear cubic zirconia gem atop it. At either side of the butterfly are flower embellishments, set with yellow cubic zirconia gems at their centers.
